Built on 2 levels, the villa has a large pool located at the entrance leading to the main reception living area. Three large bedrooms are situated on the main floor and open to the living area . The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower level offering a lot of privacy and beautiful views over the ocean. Can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa or a 5 bedroom villa.

Special Event : This property can be rented for “special event” such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party . Additional to one week minimum rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required according to the number of guests . The guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event and the owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2 pax per bedroom) beside the event day .

7th Night Free Special : Valid from Jan 01st, 2012 to Apr 14th, 2012 (Christmas Holidays not included). This special will apply automatically to any reservation made to arrive 60 days from booking date & when the villa is booked to its full capacity. Any request for arrival 61 days or more from booking date must be approved by the owners. Not available on reservation already booked . The owners reserve the right to discontinue this promotion without further notice!

We will pay for the base cost of a rental car and coordinate the delivery of the vehicle to your private villa upon your arrival. No waiting for airport shuttles or lines. We will whisk you away from the airport to your awaiting villa with our complimentary airport pickup. Taxes, gas and liability insurance are not included and the responsibility of the guest payable to the rental car agency at the end of the stay. Vehicle upgrades are available for additional cost. The base cost of your complimentary rental car will be credited towards the rate of the upgraded vehicle. Rental cars are based on the villa weekly rental rate.
