Featuring 4 bedrooms with 3 kings and 1 set of twin beds, each having its own personal safes and private baths; ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms; a fully equipped gourmet kitchen; entertainment systems; plasma TVs; vonage phone system; internet access throughout; and indoor/outdoor dining and BBQ. The pool is chlorine free utilizing a salt system and can be heated for your convenience during the cooler winter season. Housekeeping services, utilities and linens are included. Laundry facilities are available.

Morne Rouge, in the exclusive “Terres Basses” region of St Martin is well located with local markets with fresh produce/fish/meats a short drive to Baie Nettle toward Marigot. The Islands best beaches are nearby. Enjoy snorkeling, diving, fishing, sailing, tennis, golf, horseback riding, hiking and many other activities available on St Martin-St Maarten. Shopping and nightlife are abundant in Marigot, Cupecoy, Maho Reef and the Caravanserai Resort by the Princess Juliana Airport. Grand Case considered “the Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean” and Orient Beach considered “the best beach in the Caribbean” are all an easy drive from the Villa.

Children are welcome with an adjoining room off one of the master bedrooms. With confirmation, guests are met at the airport and escorted to Villa “Ait na Greine,” “your place in the sun.” Car rentals available.

LUXURY VILLA TREASURES- St Martin Villas – Special offer for all villas in St Martin.

We will pay for the base cost of a rental car and coordinate the delivery of the vehicle to your private villa upon your arrival. No waiting for airport shuttles or lines. We will whisk you away from the airport to your awaiting villa with our complimentary airport pickup. Taxes, gas and liability insurance are not included and the responsibility of the guest payable to the rental car agency at the end of the stay. Vehicle upgrades are available for additional cost. The base cost of your complimentary rental car will be credited towards the rate of the upgraded vehicle. Rental cars are based on the villa weekly rental rate.
