Overlooking the St. Croix Yacht Club, this charming new 2 bedroom beachfront villa beckons you to spend some Island Time. Relax on the coral tile deck or swim in the lap pool as you watch the boats sail by.
Dine al fresco watching the sunset. Inside, the traditional West Indian style great room has a gourmet kitchen and of course views of the ocean.
The 2 master suites are appointed with four posted beds and both have beautiful private baths with coral tile showers.
All homes are furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings. A $500.00 damage deposit is required. Rates do not include an 8% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We also suggest you purchase travel insurance. Please be sure to read our terms and conditions page before booking.
