It lies between Mimi Bay and the beautiful Savannah Bay and importantly is just a 5 minutes drive to the fantastic Shoal Bay East, voted amongst the top 10 beaches in the world.

The property commands breathtaking panoramic views towards St Barts and across to St Martin and has 360 degree views of Savannah Bay, Sile Bay and Mimi Bay, with whale watching in season. Importantly, the property benefits from its East End location being ideally positioned to maximise the gentle cooling trade breezes to make your stay comfortable, tranquil and most importantly away from the bustle of island life. In short, a unique rare combination of undeveloped Caribbean charm but surrounded by unsurpassed luxury and modern convenience.

Set in its own delightful private grounds with luxurious outdoor private heated pool and 12 seated Jacuzzi for relaxation, just admiring the panoramic views or stargazing during the tropical evenings.

This pristine property is fully serviced to meet your every requirement. Maid service is included for housekeeping and convenience and on site management will attend to all your requirements and wishes such as in villa massage, dining reservations and recommendations,  chef services, baby sitting, wine and produce procurement; all to ensure your stay is totally unsurpassed.

Rates quoted are per night and include all taxes and service charge. Rates are in U.S. Dollars

50% deposit due to hold reservation must be received within 10 days with balance due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for the holiday period. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.

Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Please book with the correct amount of guests. Extra guests not booked are not permitted without consent of the owner.

Musical bands or large parties must be approved in advance by the owner and are not otherwise permitted.

Credit card required for $2000 security deposit.
